Student Accommodation in Kraków

Students may apply for accommodation in Cracow University of Technology student dormitories (limited availability).

Dormitory facilities include:

• single, double, or triple rooms
• furnished rooms with desk, wardrobe, and refrigerator
• bedding provided and changed monthly

Additional information:

• rooms are single-gender
• accommodation for couples is not available
• monthly cost: from PLN 900 (payable after check-in)

Applicants must submit an online application and upload scanned copies of required documents (JPG or PDF, max. 4 MB per file).

Required Documents:

• Scan of passport
• Scan of diploma (if applicable)
• Parental or legal guardian consent (for applicants under 18 years of age) - (download docx)

• High-resolution photograph
• Polish Card or official confirmation of Polish origin issued by an embassy (if applicable)
